ATIB believes to direct connection of the development of Azerbaijan economics with the development of human resources and from this point of view, it considers it one of the main purposes of Azerbaijan society and as well as businessmen to develop human resources. But education has a significant place in the development of human resources. From this point of view, ATIB began to activity in the direction of realization of Education TV project in 2005. According to this project, it intends the foundation of a tele-canal, which will realize interactive education of population from 2-3 years old children to the elders in different themes by television.

Thereinafter the requirement of human resources coordination by the realization of Education TV its purpose will be providing of business-like visits to foreign countries in the direction of projection of other large-scale projects, that will serve to the public interest of people and directed to the development of human resources, assistance to conducting of scientific researches in Azerbaijan and increase of investigators' (scientists) experience, along with carrying into effect of this project. 

ATIB intends to cooperate with Heydar Aliyev Fund for establishing Development Fund of Education in Azerbaijan. Now, it is cooperating with Azerbaijan Republic Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, State Committee on Family, Woman and Child Problems, as well as, UNDP, UNICEF, many science and education fields in this direction. Presently, the by-laws of the Fund have been prepared and are in agreement with corresponding organizations.

ATIB invites each Party being interested in the improvement of education and generally human resources in Azerbaijan to the cooperation in the frame of this project.
