Union of Black Sea and Caspian Confederation of Enterprises (UBCCE), founded in the Constituent Meeting with the participation of 16 organizations from 12 counties on November 27, 2006 is one of the projects, UATE works at since 2004. So, on October 6-7, 2005 the importance of the formation of international platform to be joined the organizations representing the businessmen in the region in "Eurasia businessmen confederation way 1 Baku meeting" organized by UATE were indicated. Thereinafter, international organization joining the business public bodies in the region by realizing the project supporting in Turkish Industrial Businessmen Circle.

Ahmet Erntok, Chairman of ATIB Executive Board, today is also Vice President of UBCCE. He is also guiding to the Thematic Commiittee on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. It is expected that UBCCE will unite more than 20 countries in future in itself, UBCCE economical space reflects in itself 470 million of inhabitants (7.1 % of world population), 2.2 billion USD Gross Domestic product (4.4% of world GDP), 1 billion USD of annual trade turnover, performs as one of the trascontinental transport corridor and very important eneric centers.
