The High Managing Body of ATIB is a General Meeting. The meetings of General Meetings may be the following and extraordinary. The following meetings of General Meeting should be called by the Administrative Personnel for the period not being later than three months after the finishing of certain calendar year not being less than ones in the year. The current guidance to the activity of ATIB is carried out by the Administrative Personnel giving report to the General Meeting and being the collegial executive body of it. Administrative Personnel consist of the legal representatives of at least three physical and (or) legal persons being in single number. The members of Administrative Personnel are elected (appointed) for the period not being less than two years and more than three years from the member row of the Union at the meeting of General Meeting. The Chairman of the Administrative Personnel can not be elected (appointed) more than twice repeatedly. The Chairman of the Administrative Personnel is elected from the member of Administrative Personnel by the General Meeting.

The Inspection Commission is established from three physical and (or) legal persons with the purpose of the control to the finance - economy activity of ATIB and realizing its inspection. The members of Inspection Commission are elected from the member row of the Union at the meeting of the General Meeting. The member of the Inspection commission can not be the member of Administrative Personnel. The Inspection Commission composes report on the basis of control to the financial - economy activity of the Union and annual accounts and balances.

The Higher Consultation Board of ATIB is established by the decision of the Administrative Personnel of ATIB and is a consultant body providing the effective implementation of its functions on the general guidance to the ATIB activity of ATIB Administrative Personnel and Secretaryship. The Higher Consultation Board is entitled for usage of acting on the name of ATIB and its decision is considered as an advice for ATIB Administrative Personnel.

The Executive Personnel of ATIB fulfills operative guidance on the ATIB activity. Executive Personnel is elected by the Administrative Personnel. When the authorization term of the Administrative Personnel finishes, the authorization term of Executive Personnel is considered to be finished too. Executive Personnel inform the Administrative Personnel about its activity. The Administrative Personnel has the right to reelect the Executive Personnel.

ATIB Secretariat has been formed of the professional specialists provides realizing of current activity of the association. The guidance to the ATIB Secretariat is done by Secretary General appointed by Executive Board of the association.
