Social and Public Issues Commission is directed to develop human resources and education, social protection of labor and population, cooperative social responsibility, development of science as well as ensuring productive activity of ATIB Executive Board on business ethics, consumer rights, ecology and environmental issues. The directions of basic activities include:

-  Form a modern and effective system of social protection;
-  Form and realize efficient employment policy of the state;
-  Protect consumer rights;
-  Increase the quality of work force;
-  Adapt professional education system to economic needs;
-  Minimize the negative influence of undertaken economic activities to the environment;
-  Increase efficiency of environment protection activities
-  Form platforms among the business community, authorities and other interested parties in order to solve important social problems;
-  Form mechanisms for mutual useful activities among organizations and businessmen to raise the efficiency of social and charity projects;
-  Form and realize social responsibility policies for businessmen and their unions;
-  Support positive development inclinations of business ethics of entrepreneurs;
-  Develop a national business ethics system;
-  Standardize civilized work ethics and rules of practice for local companies;
-  Carry out relevant measures connected with social insurance system reforms;
-  Provide constructive dialogue between businessmen and state authorities in the area of environment and ecology; -  Develop civilized consumption market;
-  Form a national system for farmed products, commodities and services quality. Test
