TAR Conception

Being very close country from the point of political, economical and social-cultural relations to Turkey and Russia ATIB put forward TAR (Turkey - Azerbaijan - Russia) conception.

Realizing TAR conception may bring to the formation of regional economical development model that Turkey, Azerbaijan, Republics of Central Asia, Russia, the Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova is able to enter in. So, integration to the world economy of the region with superiority of young inhabitants among 400 million inhabitant wholly, being in dynamic progress, with several cooperation opportunities will be provided much more fast by the multinational projects as TAR conception.

ATIB plans to organize international scientific-practical confrance to investigate the place of these three countries in Euroasia geopolicy and trilateral business forum in Moscow, capital of Russia hold on October of 2007 together with Azerbaijan Russia Business Cooperation Chamber for faster progress of the relations among three countries.
