“Global and national aftereffects of global economic crisis”
Active phase of the first wave of global economic crisis, which is acquiring more acute character due to accumulations exceeding investments in developed and developing countries, shortcomings existing in financial regulatory system, further increase of the role of highly-leveraged financial institutions, has left behind already. In the current stage we can already say with confidence that the ones who suffered damages in the most badly form due to the global economic crisis were just the poor people who are less to blame for the crisis.
